Job Overview As an Finance Operations Associate, you will work closely with Management across the company to track revenue and costs by project (study). This role requires high attention to detail as well as good communication and problem solving skills. The team member will play a critical role in the finance team. Key Duties
- Launching New Clinical Trials Finances and Electronic Builds
- Updating Finances of On-going Studies
- Liaising with Other Departments & Clinical Sites on Financial Issues
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Responsibilities
- Tracking and Reporting Company KPIs
- Preparing & Presenting Financial Reports
- B.S or B.A from any accredited University
- Previous Research or Healthcare operations experience is not required, but preferred
- 2-5 years work experience is preferred
- Aptitude with Microsoft Excel and moderate financial acumen
