Job Description

NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Healthcare Customer Service Rep to join our team onsite in Cumberland, RI for a 6+ month part time contract opportunity

This will be in a call center environment but will not be taking calls for this assignment; it is more of a support role.

Part time-hours 9am-2pm EST Monday-Friday

Pay rate $18 per hour

Role Responsibilities

- Support for prescription records team. that highlight the most important responsibilities).

- Provide concise patient and prescription information in accordance with HIPAA

Data entry-entering receipts info systems Opening mail Organizaing correspondence

Required Skills/Experience

1+ years alphanumeric data entry experience. 1+ years healthcare or pharmacy experience

Preferences

ability to muli-task clerical duties as assigned

Education: Verifiable high school diploma or GED
