Job Description

  • Reputable General Contractor seeking Project Manager in Miami.
  • Increasing pipeline of work in the healthcare sector of commercial construction.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of healthcare construction projects.
  • Manage project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and architects.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and regulations (AHCA).
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Provide leadership in problem-solving and risk management.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress and safety.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare construction project management.
  • Proven experience with AHCA guidelines and healthcare-specific construction regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
