is seeking a highly motivated, resourceful and skilled attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join our Healthcare and Public Finance team, with a focus on healthcare finance tax work. The successful candidate may be located in any of our listed markets.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a team player with strong analytical skills, and is eager to learn and tackle challenging projects. Previous experience in healthcare, finance, tax, or related fields is helpful but not required. Strong skills with Microsoft Excel and data management would be welcome and helpful. We are seeking someone dedicated, responsive, practical, careful and diligent--someone eager to learn highly technical, specialized areas of law and who takes pride in their work.


Our healthcare finance practice is national in scope, offering the right candidate the opportunity to do sophisticated and meaningful work as part of a collaborative and supportive team.

Candidate Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, finance, tax, or related fields preferred but not required Eagerness to learn and deliver top quality work Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, both internally and externally Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage large, multi-faceted projects and complex workflows Responsive to clients and colleagues Outstanding drafting, analytical, and technical capabilities Commitment to the highest ethical standards and integrity Strong academic credentials Admitted to practice in Tennessee or eligible to waive in
