Health Services Director

to lead our Health Services Department and support our residents in living their best lives.




What You'll Do





As our Health Services Director, you'll oversee all aspects of our nursing and health services program to ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care every day. You'll lead and mentor a dedicated team of health services professionals, manage clinical operations, and collaborate with leadership to maintain regulatory compliance and service excellence.


Key Responsibilities




Provide leadership and oversight for the Health Services Department, ensuring compliance with state regulations. Recruit, hire, train, and support health services team members to maintain a skilled and stable workforce. Conduct ongoing education, training, and competency evaluations for nursing staff. Perform or oversee nursing assessments, service plans, and quality assurance audits. Manage medication administration systems, review MARs, and investigate discrepancies as needed. Partner with physicians, pharmacies, home health, and hospice providers to coordinate resident care. Review incident reports, monitor shift notes, and ensure timely follow-up on health and safety concerns. Prepare and manage department schedules, timecards, and performance reviews. Maintain clear and compassionate communication with residents, families, and staff.


What We're Looking For




Current

RN or LPN/LVN license

in good standing. Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for mentoring and teamwork. Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a similar healthcare environment preferred. Working knowledge of state and federal regulations for senior care communities. Current

CPR certification.
