Health Care Director Specialist,

you will make a difference in the lives of residents by ensuring they receive excellent care.

Responsibilities-Health Care Director Specialist

Monitoring medication management Performing resident assessments Providing leadership and guidance on health issues Providing onsite medical care Communicating changing medical needs to the team and family members Championing high quality infection control Verifying physician orders & move-in/move-out information Supervising the ordering, delivery, transcription and documentation of medication, treatments and orders under their authority

Requirements

Requirements-

Health Care Director Specialist

Required: Current nursing license in the state and has Required: Previous supervisory experience which includes management, coaching and health care services. Required: The ability to travel to different locations in a region, some to require overnight stays depending on where the associate resides Required: prior experience as a RN or LPN/LVN Required: Require ability to read, speak, and write English clearly Prefered: prior experience in supervising direct care staff
