Key Responsibilities include
Supervise Housekeeping Staff: The head housekeeper manages the housekeeping team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and assigning duties.
Maintain Cleanliness and brand standards: They are responsible for ensuring that all areas of the property including guest rooms and public spaces meet high cleanliness standards.
Develop Cleaning Protocols: They establish and enforce cleaning procedures and standards ensuring all staff adhere to them.
Conduct Inspections: Regular inspections of rooms and common areas are conducted.
Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills and team management abilities are essential.
