Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with transactions and banking needs. Process transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customers' financial goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Work independently while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. Lead and manage the customer service team, including coaching, performance evaluations, and motivation.

Robust customer service background Strong verbal and written communication skills Banking experience Leadership skills
