BOH Sous chef - DOMODOMO Hawaii (Opening Nov 2025)

Responsibilities



Conduct and report physical product inventory, prepare usage forecasts, and create detailed reports. Partner with the General Manager to analyze food costs and prepare justification reports. Control food cost to meet or exceed company standards. Review and monitor invoices to ensure timely submission to Accounting. Supervise receiving and delivery logs. Monitor and reduce food waste. Assist in developing and maintaining appropriate staffing and scheduling plans. Lead recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of qualified BOH staff. Train, mentor, and onboard new employees. Ensure accurate and timely timekeeping submissions for payroll processing. Provide input for salary administration. Maintain strong employee relations and positive kitchen cu lture. Uphold sanitation standards in compliance with local health codes and company policies. Monitor safety procedures and ensure proper maintenance of all kitchen equipment.

Qualifications



High school diploma or GED required. Proven leadership and team management skills. Kitchen Manager, Supervisor, or Lead Cook experience in a

full-service fine dining restaurant.

Strong knowledge of P&L. ServSafe certification required. Experience with inventory management. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, employees, and management teams.

Compensation & Benefits



Salary:

$65,000 - $70,000 annually (based on experience).

Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience (Preferred).
