WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Create Inspiring Experiences*: Plan and lead engaging classroom activities.
Track Progress*: Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records.
Encourage Family Involvement*: Partner with parents to inspire active participation.

Support Inclusion:Ensure and inclusive classroom for children with disabilities.

Integrate Wellness:Incorporate health and nutrition activities. Promote the Program*: Assist with recruitment efforts to connect more families to the Head Start program.

SKILLS TO WOW US:

Strong verbal and written communication skills--you're great at connecting with others. Computer-savvy with solid organizational skills. A natural leader who thrives as part of a collaborative team. Knowledgeable about child development and eager to apply best practices. Problem-solving comes easily, and you handle challenges with grace.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

An AA or BA degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (as defined by the Office of Head Start). CPR and First Aid Certification (or the willingness to obtain it).
