As the Head Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, encouraging seamless cooperation of the staff, and maintaining a clean and organized dining space. Responsibilities

- Assist in managing the front of the house, ensuring a seamless dining experience for all guests.

- Supervise and coordinate the efforts of servers to ensure efficient service.

- Utilize Toast POS to manage orders, track inventory, and maintain a clean and organized dining space.

- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all guests have a positive dining experience.

- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed, maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.

- Manage cash handling and balancing when necessary.

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, setting a good example for other staff members.

- Provide ongoing training and support to other servers and staff members.

- Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to the restaurant's policies and procedures.

Skills

- Experience working in a high-energy restaurant environment.

- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency with Toaast POS and cash handling procedures.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

- Experience managing cash handling and balancing.

- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of the menu.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $7.25 - $9.25 per hour
