New Land Capital, a premier development firm specializing in luxury and high-value real estate, is seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to join our growing team. This is a pivotal, hands-on role responsible for the operational success and financial performance of a select portion of our sophisticated portfolio, encompassing both rental and condominium assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational & Regulatory Compliance: Oversee comprehensive day-to-day property operations for both rental and condominium properties. For rental assets, ensure absolute adherence to complex regulatory frameworks, including 421A/Tax Abatement, Affordable Housing, and Rent Stabilization (RS).
Condominium Management: Manage all aspects of condominium operations, including supporting the Board of Managers, administering common charges, overseeing vendor contracts for shared spaces, and ensuring compliance with governing documents.
Financial Performance: Prepare and analyze financial reports, manage property budgets, and actively seek opportunities to implement operational efficiencies that maximize net operating income (NOI) (for rentals) and ensure financial stability and control (for condos).
Tenant/Owner Relations: Cultivate positive and professional relations with both rental tenants and condominium unit owners. Strategically manage leasing cycles and retention efforts to minimize vacancy rates (in rentals).
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing clear, timely, and data-driven updates to key stakeholders, including ownership, senior management, and Condominium Boards.

Pay: $81,456.00 - $102,608.23 per year
