Job Description

As a Head of Relations Manager at Urva Prep Center, you'll play a key role in strengthening our relationships with employees, clients, and affiliates. Your responsibilities will include overseeing HR functions, supporting client onboarding and communication, and maintaining partner and affiliate relationships. Requirements



Must be 18 years of age or older Prior experience in HR Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency with basic computer systems (Google Workspace, HR/payroll tools, CRM or similar) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Bonuses



Experience with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding staff Familiarity with warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center operations Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Prior experience managing affiliate or partner programs Prior experience working with B2B clients

Responsibilities



Employee Relations



Create and maintain weekly warehouse team schedules Manage payroll and attendance tracking, including assigning attendance errors Recruit and hire new employees when operations requests Ensure compliance with labor laws (breaks, overtime, age restrictions, etc.) and maintain accurate records Call in on-call employees when coverage is needed

Client Relations



Conduct onboarding meetings with new clients and set them up in our software and processes Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a smooth experience with our team Support operations by communicating client expectations clearly

Partner & Affiliate Relations



Manage relationships with affiliates, ensuring timely communication and tracking agreements Assist with advertising campaigns that support recruitment and partnerships

Shifts




This is a

part-time salaried position

with standard business hours:

Monday-Friday, 12:00PM-4:00PM Occasional flexibility required for urgent coverage or after-hours communication

Compensation




This position starts at

$19.00/hr

for approximately

20 hours per week

(part-time).
