In this role, you will lead upstream operations for our 20K asset, driving performance, compliance, and innovation while shaping the future of biopharmaceutical manufacturing. This role is based on site in Portsmouth, NH.

What you will do:

Lead upstream manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and compliance. Manage production schedules and deliver products on time. Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Oversee budgets and resource planning for the 20K asset. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to meet business goals. Mentor and develop a high-performing leadership team. Ensure readiness for GMP audits and regulatory inspections.

What we are looking for:

15+ years of manufacturing experience, including leadership roles. Strong knowledge of GMP and API manufacturing. Proven ability to manage budgets and operational performance. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field preferred. Ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Commitment to fostering a culture of safety and collaboration.
