Overview:
Waters Corporation is seeking a strategic and result-driven Head of Campaign Management to lead a high-performing global team responsible for driving measurable growth across key markets.
In this role, you will oversee 3-4 leaders and their teams, each managing multiple campaigns that support Waters' Strategic Marketing Initiatives (SMIs). You will lead the design, execution, and optimization of global marketing campaigns that align with business priorities, accelerate growth, and generate high-quality MQLs that fuel the funnel and contribute directly to revenue.
As a cross-functional leader, you'll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment of strategy and execution across business segments. You'll champion data-driven decision-making, ensuring every campaign is designed to deliver measurable commercial impact and meaningful customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
Lead Strategic Campaign Planning
Partner with Segment Leaders, Product Marketing, and Commercial teams to develop integrated campaign plans that drive strategic growth across key programs and new product introductions (NPIs). Ensure campaign objectives align with Waters' Strategic Marketing Initiatives (SMIs) and market expansion goals.Lead and Develop a Global Campaign Team
Provide strategic direction, clear prioritization, and hands-on coaching to a high-performing team of campaign specialists and managers. Ensure campaigns are executed with excellence--delivering funnel fill, high-quality MQLs, and measurable revenue impact aligned with business priorities.Establish Campaign KPIs and Success Metrics
Define and track performance indicators across the full funnel, including engagement, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution. Conduct monthly reviews of marketing leading indicators to inform data-driven decisions and ongoing channel optimization.Craft Messaging and Value Propositions
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Segment Stakeholders, and Content Teams to develop differentiated, persona-based messaging that resonates across regions, industries, and customer segments--ensuring clarity and consistency in all campaign communications.Optimize Lead Management and Funnel Performance
Partner with Sales and Commercial Operations to ensure seamless lead capture, routing, nurturing, and conversion processes. Oversee campaign workflows to ensure MQLs and opportunities are accurately tracked and attributed, improving funnel velocity and conversion rates.Drive Performance Reporting and Insights
Develop and maintain actionable dashboards that provide visibility into campaign performance by channel, persona, region, and product. Lead weekly and bi-weekly performance reviews with segment teams, leveraging data to guide budget optimization and maximize marketing ROI.
