Head Airbnb Cleaner / Lead Cleaning Inspector

Seminole-Clearwater Area | Pinellas County, FL

We are a professional Airbnb & short-term rental cleaning company serving hosts throughout Pinellas County. We are looking for a Head Airbnb Cleaner / Lead Cleaner who understands the high standards of vacation rentals and knows how to deliver hotel-level cleanliness quickly and consistently.

This role requires someone who can clean at an elite level, move fast, and inspect other cleaners' work to ensure every property is guest-ready before check-in.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed Airbnb and short-term rental cleanings Follow Airbnb-style checklists to ensure properties are spotless, staged, and guest-ready Work efficiently to meet tight turnover times Inspect other cleaners' completed units for quality, accuracy, and missed details Require and verify corrections when standards are not met Train and coach cleaners on Airbnb-specific expectations and efficiency Report damages, missing items, and supply needs Take photos and complete digital checklists as required
Requirements

Prior Airbnb or short-term rental cleaning experience required Extremely detail-oriented (beds, bathrooms, kitchens, baseboards, hair checks, staging) Ability to work quickly without cutting corners Experience inspecting, training, or supervising cleaners strongly preferred Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties Dependable, punctual, and professional Comfortable using smartphone apps for checklists and reporting
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $26.06 per hour
