The Role
The Head Chef is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations--from menu execution to staff leadership--while maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and schedule kitchen staff
Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all menu items
Maintain cleanliness and follow all health & safety regulations
Collaborate with ownership/management on menu development and specials
Set the tone for a positive, respectful, and efficient kitchen culture
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Solid knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
Organized, reliable, and hands-on
Passion for good food and a team-first mindset
