Responsibilities

Implement shift management strategies to optimize staff scheduling, productivity, and morale

Qualifications
Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments
Proven supervising experience leading culinary teams in high-volume settings
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and dietary department procedures
