Responsibilities



Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support personnel, ensuring smooth daily operations Develop innovative menus that align with brand standards and customer preferences, incorporating dietary considerations and seasonal ingredients Oversee food production processes to maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards across all dishes Manage inventory control and food safety procedures to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely preparation and flawless execution of large-scale food service Implement shift management strategies to optimize staff scheduling, productivity, and morale Monitor kitchen cleanliness, safety protocols, and proper food handling practices at all times

Qualifications



Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments Proven supervising experience leading culinary teams in high-volume settings Strong knowledge of food safety standards and dietary department procedures Skilled in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management techniques Experience managing inventory control systems and food production workflows Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent team management skills Familiarity with catering services, banquet operations, and restaurant management practices Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food industry trends, culinary innovation, and customer service excellence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
