Head Chef Job Details:
We are looking for a full time Head Chef for 32 hours a week for our Springdale Cafe.
The Head Chef is responsible for ensuring that the standard and quality of the food production and the hygiene within the department are maintained at the highest level at all times. This much hands-on role requires attention to detail and a positive work attitude. The Head Chef will direct volunteers and employees in the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, meats, vegetables, fruit, or other foods. He/she will assist/plan menu items, ordering of supplies, and keep records and accounts for the Cafe program.
Education, Experience, and Licensing:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years or more experience in an equivalent role
ServSafe Certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
