We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to manage back-of-house operations in a fast-paced kitchen. This role focuses on leading BOH staff, maintaining quality standards, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth daily kitchen operations. We take pride in using high-quality ingredients, and consistency and care are a must.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all BOH staff to ensure efficient workflow
Maintain consistent food quality, portioning, and presentation
Oversee inventory, ordering, and waste control
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization
Work hands-on in a fast-paced environment to support daily service
Preferred Experience & Skills
Italian gourmet kitchen experience preferred
Fresh mozzarella making experience is a plus
Ability to safely use a slicer
Experience preparing artisan sandwiches
Strong attention to quality, consistency, and detail
We are closed for all major holidays and no late nights.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 65 per week
