We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. Duties
Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and energetic work environment
Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet guest expectations for fine dining experiences
Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to safety standards
Manage inventory control and food production processes to minimize waste and optimize resources
Coordinate with the catering department to plan and execute large-scale banquet events with precision and flair
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
Oversee shift management, ensuring smooth operations during busy service hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality
Supervise dietary department requirements to accommodate special dietary needs without compromising quality or presentation
Monitor food service operations to uphold excellent customer service standards in both restaurant and catering settings
Conduct regular staff training on food handling, cooking techniques, and safety protocols to maintain a skilled team
Experience
Proven culinary leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or fine dining establishment
Extensive banquet experience with a strong background in catering event management
Supervising experience managing diverse kitchen teams in fast-paced environments
Strong background in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management within the food industry
Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, cost control, and food safety practices
Experience working in hospitality settings with a focus on exceptional customer service and food quality
Familiarity with dietary requirements and accommodations within a restaurant or catering context
Knowledge of food handling regulations, sanitation standards, and kitchen safety protocols
Previous roles involving restaurant management or shift supervision are highly desirable
