JOB DESCRIPTION: HEAD BASEBALL COACH TEMPORARY

Qualifications:

Current Alabama Teacher's Certification (preferred) or classified dependent upon qualifications of the person holding the position Previous Experience in sports as a participant and/or coach (preferred) but not required Completion of all requirements set forth by the AHSAA Coaches' Education Program Must have or be willing to obtain CDL

Essential Duties

:


Coordinate and supervise Baseball program and team Organize and supervise the coaching staff to assure that the program is properly implemented Ensures that student-athletes practicing or playing have been cleared through the Athletic Director Attend the AHSAA sponsored rules clinic for his/her sports

For employees starting work after the beginning date of the work term, the salary will be pro-rated and based on the number of contract days left in the school year, divided by the remaining months in the contract year.
