Responsibilities

Install, repair, and restore hardwood floors with precision and attention to detail Perform hardwood refinish work Use hand tools, power tools, and specialty equipment safely and effectively Conduct water damage restoration and floor care to maintain high standards of quality Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols on-site Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met or exceeded

Qualifications

Proven experience in flooring installation, refinish work, or related construction fields Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and sanding equipment Experience in water damage restoration and floor care techniques preferred Background in carpentry, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, or remodeling is a plus Familiarity with the restoration industry standards and practices Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to read schematics and interpret technical instructions Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various construction environments
