Position Overview
We're seeking skilled and versatile handymen for contract-based work. This position is paid per job completed, not hourly. Applicants must be experienced in general home repairs and light remodeling work, including small plumbing and electrical tasks. Work is available immediately upon hire. We're looking for dependable professionals who can work independently and deliver high-quality results on every project.
Responsibilities
Perform general handyman repairs and installations
Install toilets, vanities, faucets, and sink hookups
Replace or move outlets, switches, and light fixtures
Install mirrors, shelves, towel bars, and other bathroom fixtures
Repair drywall, patch, and texture as needed
Install baseboards, trim, and small carpentry finishes
Handle minor tile or flooring repairs
Perform demolition and cleanup for small projects
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Communicate clearly with project managers
Follow all safety and quality standards
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional handyman, remodeling, or trade experience
Must have own tools and reliable transportation
Basic plumbing and electrical experience required
Ability to install bathroom and interior fixtures accurately
Must clean up thoroughly after each job
Reliable, self-motivated, and professional in appearance and communication
Compensation
$100 per day
Paid per job completed (rates may vary depending on project type and scope)
