Job Description



AV Enterprises LLC is hiring skilled reliable Handyman to assist with residential and light commercial projects across Chicago and nearby suburbs. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, or property maintenance who is looking for steady work and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Assist with general handyman and construction tasks Drywall patching, painting, basic carpentry Demo, clean-up, hauling debris, and site prep Install fixtures, doors, hardware, and appliances Light plumbing and electrical assistance (no license required) Load/unload materials and tools Maintain a clean, safe jobsite Follow directions from lead technician or project manager
Requirements

Prior handyman, construction, or labor experience required Basic hand tools (drill, impact, tape measure, etc.) preferred Reliable transportation to job sites preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet Strong work ethic and punctuality Willingness to learn and take direction Professional attitude with clients and team members
Required

Remodeling or trade experience

construction ,drywall,taping,flooring,tile, plumbing, electrical,or carpentry skills OSHA safety knowledge Ability to work independently
