is a fast-growing, licensed handyman company serving Central Maryland. We specialize in high-quality residential repairs, carpentry, drywall, light electrical, light plumbing, and small projects. We are NOT gig work, marketplace work, or subcontracting - this is a professional W-2 technician role with guaranteed weekly pay, consistent hours, and strong earning potential.

We are hiring

2-3 skilled Handyman Technicians

with real experience in home repairs, carpentry, drywall, painting, and fixture work. If you can confidently complete a variety of home projects with craftsmanship and professionalism - we want to talk to you.

What You'll Earn

We believe skilled tradespeople deserve stable income and a clear path to grow.

Guaranteed Base:

$25/hr

from clock-in to clock-out (including drive time)

Guaranteed

- no slow periods, no unpaid downtime

Weekly Bonuses:

Productivity bonuses based on billable hours Most techs earn

$30-$32+ per hour

$50 bonus for every customer you help convert to a subscription plan

The Type of Work You'll Do

You'll handle a wide range of high-demand handyman tasks, including:

Carpentry

Door repair, hanging, alignment Baseboards, trim, crown molding Siding repairs Wood rot repair Deck & fence repairs

Tile

Tile repair Backsplashes and flooring

Drywall & Painting

Drywall patching, matching, finishing Interior painting & touch-ups Texture blending

Light Plumbing

Faucet replacements Toilet repairs/rebuilds Garbage disposal installs Drain clearing (minor) Fixture swaps

Light Electrical

Replacing lights, switches, outlets Ceiling fan installs Smart device installs (thermostats, doorbells, etc.)

General Handyman & Maintenance

Mounting TVs, shelves, blinds, curtains Caulking & weatherproofing Appliance maintenance Assembly tasks Seasonal upkeep

Who We're Looking For

You're a strong fit if you:

Have

3+ years of hands-on handyman or residential trade experience

Can work independently on multiple types of repairs Communicate professionally with homeowners Take pride in high-quality craftsmanship Are comfortable using apps to track jobs Have a

valid driver's license

, clean record, and reliable self-management Can pass a background check & drug screening (required)
