Ultimate Properties are looking for a skilled and dependable Handyman or Repair Estimator in the

Waterloo

area to walk through a property we are considering purchasing. Your main task will be to assess the property and provide a clear, detailed repair estimate to help us determine the scope of work.

If we decide to move forward with the purchase,

we plan to hire the same person for ongoing handyman and maintenance work

. This role has strong potential to turn into steady, long-term employment.

Key Duties:

Walk through the property and identify repair or maintenance needs Create itemized repair estimates including labor, materials, and timeline Communicate findings clearly (If hired) Perform general handyman repairs, routine maintenance, and improvement projects

Qualifications:

Experience in handyman services, property repairs, or estimating Ability to create accurate, detailed repair estimates Dependable, professional, and punctual Own tools and reliable transportation
