Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in maintenance and repair tasks, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to quality workmanship. This role requires a hands-on individual who can manage various tasks efficiently, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential properties, including light plumbing and electrical, drywall patching, general carpentry, and painting tasks. Able to respond promptly to service requests and complete work orders efficiently. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with other team members and Project Managers to complete larger projects as needed. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and expectations. Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used and time allocated to tasks.

Skills

Proficiency in various maintenance person skills such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, drywall repair, and painting. Proficiency with various hand and power tools. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with safety practices related to maintenance and repair work. A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
