Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Person to join our team, dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the functionality and appearance of our facilities. In this role, you will perform a wide range of repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks across our property. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure our spaces remain safe, efficient, and welcoming for everyone. Responsibilities
Have ability to perform minor plumbing, plastering, painting and other building related repairs. Assist all aspects of daily building operations. Operate independently with minor supervision. Perform any building repairs to your ability Conduct routine property upgrade to ensure safety. Maintain good relationship with all residents. Track work orders and maintain a repair records. Keep cleanliness of the building and landscaping
Experience
Must be a good handyman with basic maintenance skills. Basic computer skills required. Previous apartment maintenance or facilities experience preferred but not required.
Pay: $24.50 - $27.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
