Hair Stylist - with 401K

$65,000 to $90,000 yearly salary

We're looking for skilled and passionate Hair Stylists to join our dynamic team and help us continue to make our clients look and feel their best.

We also welcome new stylists with our on boarding 1 on 1 training program. You will not be an assistant. After completing our training (less than 1 month), you will be on the floor. We believe you should love where you work, while making money at it.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences.
- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cutting, coloring, facial waxing and treatments.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
- Utilize cosmetology skills to enhance clients' appearances and boost their confidence.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired outcomes and provide professional recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the hairstyling industry to deliver high-quality services.
