Overview

We are seeking a talented, motivated Commission Stylist to join our growing team at Crave 4 Salon & Wellness. This role is ideal for someone who loves providing exceptional guest experiences, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and wants the support of an established salon while building their clientele.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality hair services including cuts, color, treatments, styling, etc. Deliver excellent customer service that aligns with our salon's professional and welcoming atmosphere Consult with clients to determine their hair needs and desired results Operate within salon guidelines for scheduling, rebooking, and product promotion Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times Participate in team meetings, educational opportunities, and in-salon promotions Accurately process transactions and follow commission compensation structure Uphold state licensing requirements and Crave 4 Salon & Wellness policies

Qualifications

Active South Carolina Cosmetology License Strong communication and customer service skills Willingness to work collaboratively with the salon team Professional appearance and positive attitude Desire to grow, learn, and elevate your craft

Overview

We are looking for a driven, professional Booth Renter Stylist ready to take control of their business while enjoying a beautiful, supportive environment. This role is perfect for someone who prefers independence, flexibility, and full control over their schedule and pricing.

Responsibilities

Provide salon services to your clients as an independent contractor Manage your own booking, pricing, payments, and client communications Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary station and comply with S.C. Board of Cosmetology rules Supply your own tools, products, and insurance (unless otherwise agreed) Represent yourself and your business professionally within the shared salon space Respect shared salon areas and collaborate with other renters to maintain a positive environment

Qualifications

Active South Carolina Cosmetology License Established clientele preferred (but not required) Professional, reliable, and self-motivated Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to operate independently as a business owner
