Job Summary

We're seeking talented, motivated stylists who want to work independently while enjoying the full support of a professional team. You'll have the freedom to manage your schedule and clientele -- with the advantage of being part of a collaborative, thriving salon.

What We're Looking For

Valid

Massachusetts Cosmetology License

Established or growing clientele Passion for clean beauty and client wellness Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism Commitment to continuous growth and teamwork Reliable, professional, and creative

Qualifications

Valid

Massachusetts Cosmetology License

2+ years of experience preferred (or strong skill and motivation) Established or growing clientele base Passion for clean, sustainable beauty and client wellness

50-55% commission

based on experience and clientele for commission stylists

Rental Options

Full-Time Rental:

$325/week -- 7-day access, 6-month contract, automatic renewal

Part-Time 3-Day Rental:

$250/week

Part-Time 2-Day Rental:

$175/week

Freelance Day Rental:

$100/day -- no long-term commitment One-year contracts receive a $500 cash bonus (after 4 months) or two weeks free rent!

Requirements for Chair Rentals
