THIS IS AN H2B IN-COUNTRY EXTENSION WORKER POSITION LOCATED IN PETOSKEY, MICHIGAN.

Bay Harbor Yacht Club, a private club located near Petoskey, MI, provides breathtaking views and exceptional service for both guests and members year-round. BHYC boasts several exquisite restaurants, multiple recreational outlets, and large event spaces, all situated on the Bay Harbor marina. Job Duties:

Assist in managing day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless guest experience. Collaborate with team members to coordinate events and dining services. Responsible for daily set up and teardown for designated areas Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to maintain service excellence. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized environment. Respond to member inquiries and feedback, fostering positive relationships with members and visitors. Participate in staff training and development to enhance team performance. Support inventory management and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant management, or a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
