GYMNASTICS COACH AT THE LITTLE GYM OF EVERGREEN
The Little Gym of Evergreen is looking for coaches to teach magical classes for our awesome member families.

Step 2: Job Summary

We are seeking a rock star team member to join our team in our fast-paced, high-energy children's programs. The Little Gym of Evergreen is seeking Gymnastics Coaches to teach our parent-child, preschool and/or grade school classes. Turn your positive energy into a rewarding job that's challenging every day.
Our organization owns and operates two The Little Gyms in the Bay Area - TLG Morgan Hill and TLG Evergreen. You will be part of a small family-owned business.

General responsibilities include:

Teaching magical classes (have I said "magical" enough?) We don't believe in just teaching skills, we have fun while doing it! We enjoy themes like dinosaur adventure week, outer space week, under the sea week, etc. Ever dream of never growing up? Now is your chance!

Providing outstanding member service and making long-lasting member relationships
Selling the program to new and existing customers
Expect to spend a lot of time learning to teach exceptional classes. Working in a small business will also give you an opportunity to develop entrepreneurial and creative skills to grow the business and the team! Step 3: Ideal Candidate:

You can impact hundreds of local families and children each week! The Little Gym team members must demonstrate passion for children, physical fitness, health & wellness, and building relationships with customers. Selling the program is a crucial part of this job as well. Candidates with strong communication skills who can convey benefits and find our customers' motivations for their inquiry are invaluable to the success of the gym. Coaching experience and working with groups of children is a benefit but not required. If you love children, we can teach you how to teach them.

Qualifications and Skills

Friendly, positive, can do attitude!
Sincere love of children
Self starter
Experience working with children (examples include Sunday school teacher or assistant, daycare, sports camps or similar experience)
Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, exercise science, kinesiology, or related field) is highly desirable
