About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated, reliable, and social person to join the Lyfe team. This is an open-ended position that will evolve over time -- perfect for someone who's passionate about fitness, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to grow inside a small business environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Create and post engaging content on social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Build relationships with members and help with client communication
Schedule and confirm appointments with leads and trial members
Assist with community events, challenges, and in-gym promotions
Help maintain the positive, high-energy vibe our gym is known for
Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication and people skills
Familiar with social media (posting, stories, engagement)
Organized, proactive, and reliable
Interested in health, fitness, and community
Bonus: Photography, video editing, or content creation experience
Compensation:
Hourly + performance-based bonuses
Flexible schedule (some remote work may be possible)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Baldwin, NY 11510
