We need a part and full time employee who must have the following:

-Experience handling A 32' foot ladder, setting up, moving frequently, and putting back on the vehicle all by yourself.

We absolutely need the qualified candidate to be completely comfortable with the 32 foot ladder, because the work we do is very ladder intensive.

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Gutter Cleaners to join our team. This role involves performing gutter cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and custodial work, with the ability to operate equipment such as scissor lifts when necessary. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those interested in outdoor work and maintenance services.

Duties

Safely clean and clear debris from gutters on various property types Use appropriate tools and equipment, including ladders and scissor lifts, to access gutters at different heights Inspect gutters for damage or blockages and report findings to supervisors Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after service completion Follow safety protocols at all times, especially when working at heights or with specialized equipment Assist with related janitorial or custodial tasks as needed for property maintenance

Requirements

Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial work preferred Experience operating scissor lifts or similar equipment is a plus Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Physical ability to climb ladders, lift debris, and perform manual cleaning tasks Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred but not mandatory A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills for commercial cleaning projects

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
