Job Summary



Weekender Management, Inc. is seeking a full?time Guest Support Specialist to join our team in Bentonville, Arkansas. In this on?site role, you will serve as the primary contact for guests staying at our short-term rental properties. You'll communicate via phone, text, and email, resolve guest issues, manage reservations, and coordinate with our operations team to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The position is Monday through Friday, 8:00?AM to 5:00?PM, with a one?hour lunch break. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour with the potential for regular raises. We're looking for someone who is tech savvy, service?oriented, and ready to grow with our company.

Duties and Responsibilities:



- Provide prompt and professional support to guests via phone, email, and text throughout the guest journey.

- Manage reservations, including confirming new bookings, modifying existing reservations, and updating information in our property management system.

- Address guest issues or complaints with empathy and problem?solving skills, coordinating with maintenance, housekeeping, and management to resolve issues quickly.

- Communicate with operations staff to schedule housekeeping and maintenance services, ensuring properties are guest?ready and any special requests are fulfilled.

- Maintain accurate records of guest communications, issues, and resolutions; prepare shift reports to document guest interactions and property updates.

- Assist with updating guest communication templates and frequently asked questions to streamline support.

Required Qualifications:



- High school diploma or equivalent.

- At least one year of customer service or hospitality experience, preferably in short?term rentals, hotels, or call-center environments. (Waiverable with a bachelor's degree in a related field.)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

- Strong problem?solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure when handling guest concerns.

- Tech savvy: comfortable using computers, web?based reservation systems, and multi?line phones; able to quickly learn our property management tools and communication software.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast?paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:



- Two or more years of guest-facing hospitality experience.

- Familiarity with property management software such as Guesty, Breezeway, Hostaway, or similar platforms.

- Experience using CRM or customer support ticketing systems.

Compensation and Benefits:



- Hourly rate between $15.00 and $18.00, depending on experience.
