Job Description
The Wyndham Garden Kenosha Harborside is looking for motivated & customer-focused individuals to be Front Desk Clerks at the hotel.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Duties include checking guests in and out of the hotel, making reservations, answering the phone, and assisting guests with any questions or issues. We are looking for someone to work primarily the 3pm-11pm shift.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for reliable, customer focused individuals. Basic computer skills are required. A customer-service background is preferred, and retail experience is a plus. Hotel experience is not necessary. Additionally, we prefer someone who lives in close proximity to the hotel.
COMPENSATION
We pay competitive wages based on your experience and provide consistent hours (full-time and part-time available). Wages start at $13.00/hour.
