Guest Services Representative

get to play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations
and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. You'll make everyone feel

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Familiarity with phone systems is beneficial. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
