Responsibilities

The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for the functions of the showroom business office, and all Guest Services staff including general showroom maintenance. Provides clerical and organizational support to the showroom staff including processing customer orders, balancing of books, processing transactions/orders, and organization of all customer events. Assists sales manager and showroom staff in support functions including verifying product information on invoices for HOM Furniture. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education:

Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED.

Experience:

One year of related experience preferred. HOM Furniture experience preferred.

Physical Demands:

Low physical demands required. The employee is regularly required to sit for sustained periods of time and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Other:

Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must have leadership skills.
