Guest Services and Housekeeping Specialist

to our growing team in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

We aim for top-notch cleanliness and service, and our 5-Star reviews show it (see Google)! As our Guest Services and Housekeeping Specialist, you'll work with the Resort Manager and other operations teammates to make sure guests have a memorable stay during their visit.

Key Responsibilities

: You will work closely with the Resort Manager to oversee guest services, housekeeping, and laundry duties and ensure successful operation of the property. Among others, your duties include:

Addressing guest inquiries, reservation requests and concerns via phone, email or Online Travel Agents such as Airbnb and Expedia.

Cleaning our unique accommodations, refilling amenities, performing laundry, assisting with inventory and purchasing, taking care of the clubhouse, and assisting with Guest Packages.

Checking cabins and property grounds to make sure everything is clean and tidy.

On certain days, answering occasional after-hours emergency phone calls and addressing any after-hours service requests.

Training fellow staff in their roles as well as brand quality and company standards.

Serving as a back-up for the Resort Manager.

You will need a vehicle to take care of housekeeping and supply needs.

Schedule:

The Resort Manager and Guest Services and Housekeeping Specialist work a rotating schedule to ensure weekend coverage with each having 3-days off every other weekend. Please note that weekend work is required every other week.

Pay & Benefits:

We offer great pay and benefits for our amazing team members.

Total annual income is expected to be $40,000 to $43,000 per year

and includes a salary portion for laundry, guest services, and other support, and a housekeeping rate of $35 to $60 per cabin for cleaning 10 cabins per week. During busy periods, there may be an opportunity to earn more via extra cleanings. In addition, the role also includes benefits listed below:

Time and a half pay for the following Federal Holidays worked: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

Annual bonus.

Separate after-hours callout rate of $15/hr. for a minimum of 2 hours.

Simple IRA retirement account with 3% company matching.
