We have an immediate opening for a full-time

Guest Services & Evening Audit Agent

.

This position reports to the Guest Services Manager and is responsible for guest services in our Welcome Center, which involves delivering excellent service to guests and owners, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring a premier resort destination experience. In addition, this position is responsible for evening audit activities involving data entry and closing procedures for the Accounting team.

Summer Schedule: start at 3:45 pm Winter Schedule: start at 2:45 pm

Our ideal candidate can resolve guest/owner issues in a positive, productive manner, has knowledge of the hospitality industry, has good computer proficiency and is skilled in Microsoft Office, has experience running reports in various systems including SMS and POS, and can work well independently.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position that includes medical and dental insurance, 401k with company match, and many perks including free golf, access to all Ranch amenities, and discounts at our restaurants, spa and retail outlets. Pay range is $18.00 - $22.00/hour based on skills and experience.
