Guest Service Representative/night Auditor
Job Description
We're looking for enthusiastic, responsible and detail-oriented individuals to join our team of Night Auditors. Night Auditors are highly valued members of our team who ensure that the hotel is safe at night, fire exits are not blocked, and all guests have left for the day. A successful candidate for this position will have great attention to detail and prior experience with alarm monitoring systems and security equipment.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls from guests.
Answer questions about hotel services and rules.
Handle money and track cash intake and output.
Complete check-in and check-out procedures.
Oversee the cleanliness of rooms and hotel facilities.
Maintain guest records.
Arrange for special requests such as wake-up calls.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
