Duties

Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with necessary information regarding their stay. Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced. Operate multi-line phone systems to assist guests with reservations, inquiries, or requests. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.

Skills

Strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience in hotel management or resort operations is highly desirable. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Proficient in front desk operations and guest relations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial for managing overnight shifts. Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems effectively. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks.
