We are a local Property Management company. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reservation Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that each guest's experience is seamless from the moment they inquire about reservations. As a Reservation Agent, you will play a vital role in managing bookings, addressing guest inquiries, and enhancing overall guest relations.
Duties
Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide detailed information about accommodations, amenities, and services available at the resort.
Assist guests with modifications or cancellations of existing reservations while adhering to company policies.
Maintain accurate records of all reservations and ensure that all information is updated in the system.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that guest requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently.
Address any guest concerns or issues with empathy and professionalism to enhance guest satisfaction.
Utilize phone etiquette skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests during their interactions.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in hotel, resort environments, or property management.
Strong knowledge of guest services principles and practices is essential for success in this role.
Familiarity with reservation systems and hotel management software is advantageous.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are required to foster positive guest relations.
Requirements
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Both must be clean. We also conduct random drug screening throughout employment.
We are looking for someone who can mainly work nights, as this is the desired shift to fill.
But we are also looking for someone who can work a mixture of shifts (8 am-4 pm, 2 pm-10 pm or 3 pm-11 pm). Weekends and Holidays are required. We are open 7 days a week from 8 am-10 pm.
