$300 Signing Bonus after completion of first 90 days

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greets Guests upon their arrival while providing a hospitable home to all whom chooses to stay at our property. Receiving calls, building/modifying room reservations Processing charges accordingly while ensuring that proper action toward payment is taken accordingly to our guests needs Operates and understands in-house computer systems Knowledge and understanding of how both AM and PM shift operates throughout the day Effective/Efficient communication between all departments and shifts to ensure that the day to day roles/responsibilities are completed successfully

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Requires ability to stand for an entire shift; walking to a significant degree Requires ability to communicate both orally and in writing to guests and other team members of the property, and to answer and interpret telephone calls; Talking and Hearing and Speaking Requires ability to work quickly in a fast paced environment Requires ability to perform repetitive tasks Requires ability to occasionally move heavy objects

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Requires familiarity with applicable franchise front desk standards and procedures or the ability to quickly become familiar with franchise standards and procedures An ability to handle/resolve guest complaints and the knowledge/understanding of when and how to direct the guest to receive assistance MUST have the ability to professionally represent the hotel; deal positively with public; and possess pleasant telephone mannerisms Must speak English fluently
