Job Requirements:

As the first point of contact, you will connect guests with the adventure of a lifetime, turning inquiries into bookings and building genuine relationships.

Enthusiastically promote our Hawaii Forest & Trail and Kohala Zipline tours over the phone, through email, and with walk-in guests. Provide personalized service, ensuring every guest feels informed, comfortable, and excited from the very first interaction. Confidently book and manage tour reservations using our web-based system. Must be willing to take on additional duties as required.

Skill Requirements:

Excellent phone presence and communication skills Experience in sales or customer service is preferred; a high-energy, detail-oriented mindset Strong computer skills (Google Workplace, and an easy ability to navigate web-based systems). The ability to work in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
