GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Providing a consistent 5-star experience to all customers in-person, by phone & email.
- Lobby management and scheduling.
- Maintenance of facility cleanliness and organization.
- Assisting therapists with their clients and supplies.
- Following all provided policies and procedures.
- Able to pass background check
- 2-3 years of customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills
- Positive energy and "CAN DO" attitude is a MUST
- Dynamic group building personality
