Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly Guest Service Manger, oversees the daily operations of the customer service department, leading customer service agents in successfully achieving company initiatives. Essential responsibilities include training agents, retaining customers, and coordinating with other department heads. Duties and Responsibilities



Oversee day-to-day operations in the hotel. Schedule and oversee front office staff, including receptionists, concierges, and valets. Evaluate staff performance as they interact with guests. Resolve customer complaints. Coordinate with our housekeeping and sales manager
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in guest relations, front desk, or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
