Full or part-time hours are available with an internal guaranteed year-round minimum wage of $18, but with tips actual earnings can average $25+. We are currently hiring for a unique hybrid GSA/Kitchen role - learn how to make the donuts AND interact with our guests. Guest Service team members are the face of the company who provide our guests with The Holy Donut experience. This includes hospitable and efficient service, a big smile, friendly interactions, and providing expert product knowledge for our guests. Tasks include packing donuts, brewing coffee and preparing barista beverages, cleaning and doing dishes, cash handling, and stocking supplies. Kitchen team members are an integral part of the operation, wearing multiple hats in the kitchen and around the shop. Our handmade donuts are key to the shop\xe2\x80\x99s success. Tasks include rolling, cutting, and shaping dough, frying & glazing donuts, washing dishes, and unloading/stocking inventory. You\xe2\x80\x99ll get a workout with this physically demanding job.
